Altia Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We welcome dogs and cats at a maximum full grown weight limit of sixty-five (65) pounds. We allow two pets per apartment home with a Pet Deposit of $300.00 Per Pet, a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300.00 Per Pet and a Monthly Pet Rent charge of $45.00 Per Pet. Breed Restrictions apply, please contact the leasing office for specific details on the breed restrictions. All animals, regardless of the length of time they occupy the apartment home, must be registered with and approved by the leasing office, and all above-mentioned pet costs will apply. We do not allow animals that have a history of being a direct threat to the health or safety of others or involved in significant property damage, regardless of the breed of the animal or if the animal serves as a request for a reasonable accommodation. Failure to disclose a prior incident(s) will result in the removal of the animal and breach of contract, in which the Lease Contract will be terminated, at the Lease Holder's penalty. Anyone in violation of the pet policy, in whole, or in part, will be subject to an initial fine of $100.00 and $10.00 per day until compliance with the pet policy is met. Failure to do so could result in the termination of the Lease Contract.
